What to expect from preparing your home to closing day.
We’ll start with an initial consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and the value of your home. You can ask me any questions about me, the process, or what to expect when selling your home. We’ll make sure we are a good fit for each other!
Once we decide to move forward, we’ll prep your home and get it ready to list. This includes finalizing the price, making any recommended updates, and preparing the property for showings. I’ll also guide you on staging and presentation so your home makes the best possible impression.
With your home ready, I’ll create a comprehensive marketing plan to reach potential buyers. This includes professional photography, online listings, social media promotion, and open houses. The goal is to get your property in front of as many qualified buyers as possible, generating interest and showings that help your home sell quickly and for the best price.

When offers start coming in, we’ll review each offer together. I’ll help you understand the terms, including price, contingencies, and any special requests from the buyer. You’ll decide which offer—or combination of offers—best meets your goals, and I’ll guide you through responding, negotiating, or countering so you feel confident in every decision.
Once you’ve accepted an offer, your home is officially under contract! During this stage, we’ll make sure all contingencies are met, such as inspections, appraisals, and any agreed-upon repairs. I’ll coordinate with the buyer’s agent, inspectors, and your lender or title company to ensure everything stays on track and deadlines are met.
After all inspections and contingencies are met, we’ll move to the closing. This is where all necessary paperwork is completed, funds are transferred, and ownership officially moves to the buyer. I’ll guide you through signing documents, coordinate with the title company or attorney, and make sure any last-minute details are handled. Once everything is finalized, you can hand over the keys and celebrate the successful sale of your home!
